A story-generating TTRPG of pretentious curators and bitter critics.
In a small town, there are an absurd number of festivals of (opera/painting/dog ballet). Their curators must constantly struggle to secure the best work for their festival, all while not ruining their reputation, finances, or favourite shows.
And when they fail (as most inevitably will), they become that most awful of things... a bitter critic.
Invent ridiculous shows, run ridiculous art festivals, write awful reviews. A game for anyone who wanted to pretend they were on the saturated arts scene of 1910s Paris, 1980s New York, or a small but pretentious former mining town in north Yorkshire.
